These shipping policies apply to all orders at Meier Boutique in all our markets: Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain. By placing your order, you agree to the following terms.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to all our target markets.

There are no minimum order quantities.

Handling and Delivery Times

To provide you with a realistic and transparent overview, our delivery times are composed as follows:

  • Order Cut-off: Monday to Friday at 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Shipping Carriers: Royal Mail, DHL, or DPD
  • Transit Time: 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–11 business days from order receipt

Please note that all products undergo a production process and are therefore subject to a handling time. In exceptional cases (e.g., customs clearance or high shipping volume), slight delays may occur, which are beyond our direct control.

Duties, taxes, and fees

EU countries (Austria, France, Italy, Spain): All prices listed on our website include the statutory VAT. No additional or hidden costs will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland: All prices listed on our website include the statutory VAT as well as all customs and import fees. No additional or hidden costs will be charged upon delivery.

United Kingdom: All duties and taxes are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that updating the tracking information may take a few hours.

Delivery issues, loss, or damage

If your shipment is lost during transport or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we offer a replacement delivery or a refund.

For damaged shipments, please provide us with clear photos for quick processing.
