At Meier Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we offer you a simple and transparent 14-day return policy.
Valid for all our markets: Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain.
14-day return policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for a return
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Return items labeled and in the original packaging
- Receipt or other proof of purchase required
- No return fees apply

Return shipping costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:
- Return shipping costs are fully covered by us
- In many cases, no return is necessary
- We offer free replacement or a full refund
Return for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong choice):
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- No return fees apply
How the return works
1. Contact Contact our customer service by email at support@meier-boutique.com including your order number.
2. Packaging Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Return After your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the package. The return label must be arranged by the customer. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exchange
We accept exchanges. Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed:
- Processing: within 7 business days
- Payment method: Refund via the originally used payment method
- Currency: Refund in the original currency (EUR, GBP or CHF)
You will be notified once your return has been inspected and whether the refund has been approved. Please note that it may take a few additional days depending on your bank or credit card company before the credit appears in your account.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Country-specific notes
EU countries (Austria, France, Italy, Spain):
- Statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days is already included in our 14-day return policy
Switzerland:
- For returns from Switzerland, you can use our preferred shipping provider
- Customs fees for returns are covered by us (for eligible returns)
United Kingdom:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 guarantees statutory return rights
- Our 14-day return policy complies with legal requirements
Legal Notice (Right of Withdrawal)
Regardless of our return policy, you are of course also entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days according to applicable legal provisions.
