• Novera Label uses SSL encryption and certified payment providers.
• Your payment information is not stored by us.

5. Refunds & chargebacks

• Refunds are processed according to our return & refund policy.
• Refunds are made in Euro (EUR) via the original payment method.
• If you have any issues, contact us at support@novera-label.combefore initiating a chargeback.

6. Invoices

Need an invoice? Send your request with your order number to support@novera-label.com.

7. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to review, cancel, or temporarily hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
